How a filter comes into being.
A pictorial history.
In the following photographs we want to show how a water filter, which filters seawater to supply plate-type heat exchangers with cooling water, is designed, produced and finally assembled at Liedholms Maskinteknik AB.
The water filter consists of the filter body itself, i.e. the pressure vessel which is produced according to American (ASME 8 div I div II) or European (PED 97/23EC code EN 13445) standards, and the parts installed inside the body, such as the filter basket and throttle valve. The process is controlled by means of control elements and a control and regulating cabinet.
An all-in solution at a high quality level.
